Board Approves New Facility Access System

October 3, 2017 – At September’s monthly meeting, the CHOA Board approved a contract to replace the current hard key entry system at several of our facility gates, with an electronic key card or FOB system – the most desired item in last year’s community survey.

Once in place, you will need to use an electronic key to enter the Main, East, and West Pools and the upper and lower tennis courts. The dog park will still require the hard key for the time being.

When the system is installed sometime in the next few months, a plan for homeowners to receive their new electronic keys will be communicated early and often.
