CHOA Board Elections Ballot Quorum Not Reached

October 7, 2016 – For a CHOA election to proceed, a minimum of 51% of all ballots must be received by the Annual Meeting. This year, a quorum was not reached so according to our bylaws, the minimum number of ballots required to proceed with the election drops to 25% by the next CHOA BOD meeting. This lower quorum has been reached; therefore, the CHOA BOD elections results will be counted and announced at the next BOD meeting on Thursday, October 27, at 7p, in the CHOA Office. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
