CHOA Security Company Reminder

July 22, 2017 – You may have seen posts on social media regarding car break-ins and stolen mail in the community.

As a reminder, CHOA’s security company is responsible for patrolling the community’s shared facilities and grounds (Clubhouse, Business Office, Greenbelt, dog park, pools, tennis courts, and playgrounds). The company services the community from 4p until early morning, arriving on site for service calls and to make regular patrols in which they swipe badges to record timestamp check-ins at several key locations in the Crossings throughout the night.

It’s important to note that the company is not responsible for our streets, though you may see their patrol vehicles on our cul-de-sacs as courtesy visits. It is always a good idea to contact the Concord Police Department about any criminal activity – not only for your safety, but to also encourage Concord PD visibility in our community.
