Crossings 27th Annual Community Garage Sale

April 21, 2017 – The Crossings Annual Garage Sale, sponsored by Nancy Bennett, takes place on Saturday, May 6, 8a-1p. The entire community will be awash with hidden treasures. This is your chance to get in on some great deals or empty out the garage. Either way it will be a fun way to spend the day!

Maps of participating homes will be given out near the east and west entrances. Participating homes will have red balloons.

Board of Directors Meeting

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Architectural Committee Meeting
