Main Pool Closes November 5

The Main Pool and Kiddie Pool will be closed for the season on Monday, November 5. Until the pools are closed, they are open from 7 am to 8 pm every day. Thanks for enjoying this year’s swim season!

Board of Directors Meeting

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.
