Main Pool Closing on 12/16

The CHOA Board of Directors met last night and resolved to close the Main Pool for the 2021 swim season on Thursday, December 16th. The main pool will be available to swimmers through Wednesday, December 15th.

Thanks to everybody who helped make 2021 a great year at the CHOA pools! We anticipate that the pools will open back up in the spring of 2022.

And another reminder that the side pool pump room project will be starting up shortly. Right now we are just waiting for final approval of the permits. Please reference pg. 7 of the November Signal for more information related to this project!

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Architectural Committee Meeting
