March 28, 2018 – Last week, a contractor for PG&E began marking some of our streets to note where lateral gas lines ran. This also involved workers checking under front yards to ensure that sewer lines do not cross the gas lines that run under our properties.
It is not clear when the work will begin, but in the next few months PG&E will begin digging up our streets to replace the gas lines serving homes in the east side of the Crossings. Streets impacted are from Spoonwood and Juneberry Courts all the way east to Larwin Avenue.
As we get more information about PG&E’s plans and schedule, we’ll be sure to let you know in future eSignals.
