RSVP for the CHOA Winter Festival on 12/11!

Get your ugly sweaters ready for CHOA’s Winter Festival, taking place at the Clubhouse on Sunday, 12/11, from 3-5pm!

There will be handcrafted cocktails, a hot cocoa bar, treats, music, crafts and a visit from a very special guest traveling all the way from the North Pole just to see us!

We will also be collecting diapers, baby wipes and feminine products at our event to support the Sweet Beginnings Diaper Bank. If you can’t attend the event but would like to be part of the Diaper drive, please bring your donation to the business office. Board of Directors Meeting

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.
