Due to a mailing delay related to new notice requirements created by the recent Senate Bill 323 Election Rules change, we unfortunately are in a position where the annual meeting needs to be delayed to allow the Association enough time to meet these new requirements for election-related mailings. Regrettably, COVID has caused major printing and mailing delays and we want to ensure that all notice requirements for meetings and election materials are complied with. As a result, the upcoming Annual Meeting needs to be rescheduled for Thursday, October 22nd at 6:30pm. There will be no change to the agenda items for this meeting. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and hope to see you at the October meeting!
The Open Meeting scheduled for September 24th at 7pm will still be held tomorrow evening with no changes to the agenda or call-in information, and as always, all homeowners are welcomed and encouraged to attend
