COVID-19 CHOA Facility Updates
INFORMATION CURRENT AS OF 9/1
Because of how quickly the State and County are modifying the shelter-in-place orders and facility requirements, we have created this page listing all updated information for COVID and its impact on CHOA’s facilities so everything is in one place.
MAIN POOL – OPEN
The main pool is open seven days a week, but the hours are reduced. This is because the County is requiring the HOA provide a pool monitor to enforce social distancing guidelines. Here is the current schedule:
- Open Daily – 7am to 8pm
EAST & WEST POOLS –
Both East and West pools are open as of 6/13, and the hours will match the Main Pool hours listed above.
East & West Pool Capacities as of 6/17: 24 swimmers
Updated capacity signage has been posted near the entrance of every pool. Masks are required within the pool area at all times unless actively swimming!
TENNIS COURTS (UPPER & LOWER) – OPEN
All 8 tennis courts are open to residents from 7am to 10pm, seven days a week. Residents utilizing the tennis courts are expected to follow the county’s social distancing requirements.
DOG PARK – OPEN
The dog park is open for business, but please ensure that the county’s guidelines are adhered to:
- An individual must not enter a dog park if it is not possible at that time, within the park, to easily maintain at least six feet of separation from all other persons
- Face coverings must be work at all times
clubhouse/GYM – CLOSED
The Clubhouse and and gym is closed at this time, per the County’s orders. It is likely that this will be the last facility to reopen.
Business office – CLOSED
The Business Office is closed to walk-in traffic, and the GM is on-site part time. Owners who need replacement keys or fobs can contact the GM and arrange for a time to pick them up. Regular business hours have not changed, and the GM can be contacted between 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday.
