Clubhouse Gym

Our Clubhouse sports a small downstairs gym which can be accessed from the pool deck. Residents can use their key fob to enter.

Note: Your key fob must be programmed for gym access. If you would like to use the gym, please see the Clubhouse staff to sign a waiver and have your key fob programmed for access.

Hours:

5am to 9pm daily

Treadmill
Stationary cycle
Elliptical
Three-way weight machine for arms, chest, shoulders, and legs

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

April 25, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
