USTA Teams & Schedule

CHOA currently permits up to 4 resident-organized and run USTA teams to utilize the Association’s tennis courts for weekly practices and matches. This page is where the most current practice and match schedules are posted. The team captains are also responsible to post the schedules at the entry gate of any affected tennis court.

Board of Directors Meeting

April 25, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.
