2024 Fall Fest

Get excited for the Crossings’ most popular event – the Fall Festival! Grab your blankets & chairs and meet us at our usual spot on the lawn by the main pool.

We’ll have live music from The Souvenirs, the Bay Area’s premier 90s and 2000s cover band, a pumpkin patch with small pumpkins to decorate, professional face painting, fresh cotton candy and more – all free and covered by your HOA dues.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

December 26, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
