Game Night at the Clubhouse

Join us at the Clubhouse on the first Friday of every month for some fun board and card games! We will feature a different game each month, and you are welcome to bring your own games to teach to the group.

This event is free and open to all CHOA residents! No RSVP necessary.

Please note, this is intended to be an adults-only event (for group play). Children are welcome to attend and play with other kids, but the intent is for adults in the community to get together for a nice relaxing game night 🙂

THIS MONTH’S GAME…

Donut Shop

As the newest hires at the local bakery, you have been assigned to work with the hottest selling items – the donuts. Your job is twofold: to arrange the donuts in the display case, and to put together boxes to fulfill customer orders. You’ll also want to make an extra push to sell donuts with sprinkles and coffee, as these can earn you extra cash. Sell your delicious treats better than any of the other employees, and you’ll be walking home with the most money at the end of the day.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

January 23, 20257:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
