Movie on the Green – Sat 11/2 at 5p – RSVP open!

RSVP today for our very own outdoor movie out on the greenbelt!

Come at 5p for our movie pre-party – we’ll play music and have bounce houses for the kids and purchase dinner & drinks from food trucks.

The movie will begin at sundown around 6:30p. Bring blankets, layers and low back chairs. Feel free to pack your leftover Halloween candy to enjoy during the film as well! Residents are allowed 8 attendees per household, including guests. RSVP via this link: https://bit.ly/24CHOAMovieRSVP

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

October 24, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
