March Architectural Committee Meeting – Teleconference

The March 19th, 2020 Architectural Committee meeting will take place via teleconference due to the recent “shelter at home” order for our county, so unfortunately homeowners will not be able to attend/call-in. Minutes will be posted on the Association’s website following the meeting so interested owners can be kept up to speed.

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

October 26, 20237:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
