Social Events Survey

A CHOA homeowner is interested in potentially putting on small, regular social events at the Clubhouse for young adults and seniors. They are asking residents here to take this short survey to assist in gathering data from the neighborhood. Responses will help determine if there is interest to move forward to propose ideas to the HOA Board.

*Note – this is not a Board survey. Simply a homeowner who is interested in starting up regular social events for our residents, trying to gauge potential interest.

Board of Directors Meeting

March 27, 20257:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Architectural Committee Meeting

April 17, 20256:00 pm

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.
