2025 Spring Festival

PLACE: Clubhouse Lawn

CLICK HERE TO RSVP!Grab your Easter baskets and come down to the lawn in front of the Clubhouse for our massive egg hunt, visit the petting zoo, make crafts, take your photo with the Easter Bunny and join in the joyous Festival of Colors!

We’ll be collecting new and gently used baby and toddler books for the Sweet Beginnings Diaper Bank – these books will then be gifted to local families who receive diaper donations so they can read to their children.

Be sure to pop by the Walnut Country Swim Team table to learn about swimming with the Stingrays this summer, take a guess at how many jelly beans are in the jar, do some coloring pages and NEW this year – they’ll be hosting a greenbelt scavenger hunt for kids ages 6-12!

This is an HOA-sponsored event, each household is allowed to bring up to 6 attendees total, including guests. RSVP by Fri, 3/21 https://bit.ly/2025CHOASpringFestRSVP

Board of Directors Meeting

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Architectural Committee Meeting
