Business Office Schedule – Early July

The CHOA Business Office will be closed in early July for the 4th of July holiday and some PTO for the GM. Here is the schedule for the first two weeks of the month:

Open Monday, June 30th thru Wednesday, July 2nd
Closed July 3rd and July 4th
Open Monday, July 7th thru Wednesday, July 9th
Closed July 10th and 11th

Standard hours will resume on the 14th. If you have any urgent issues during this time, please call Common Interest Management at 925-743-3080 to speak with a customer service representative.

To report an emergency, like a water leak, please call 925-831-2312.

Architectural Committee Meeting

July 17, 20256:00 pm

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

July 24, 20257:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
