Labor Day Water Aerobics Class

Hi everybody – Labor Day is coming and we WILL be having our Aqua Fitness / Water Aerobics class as usual at 10am at the East Pool.

Since many of your friends, family and neighbors have a day off, invite them to join!! It’s a great way to introduce them to our splash workout! A nice bit of fun for only $8.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
