2026 Polar Plunge
Join us at the main pool for a New Year’s Polar Plunge on Sat 1/3/26 9-10:30am
We’ve all heard the health benefits of a 3-minute cold plunge, now we can all give it a try!
Relentless Grind Coffee will be serving coffee, espresso, hot chocolate, chai, and tea from our pool deck kitchen. They accept cash, card and Apple Pay.
Even if you don’t want to take the plunge just yet, RSVP to join us on the pool deck for coffee, community and time to create your own vision board for 2026 – great for kids and adults!
The Walnut Country Swim Team will provide everything you need to visualize what you hope for in 2026. Grab a poster board, some magazines and craft materials and set your intentions for the new year.
Event Schedule:
- 8:45-9:15a: Plunger registration
- 9a: Relentless Grind Coffee opens at pool deck kitchen
- 9-10:30: Vision boarding tables open
- 9:15a: Breathing exercises
- 9:30a: Inaugural Cold Plunge
- 9:45a: Breathing exercises
- 10a: Second Chance Plunge
We’ll have music playing, pre-plunge breathing exercises and post-plunge hot water and lemon for all the brave souls.
Residents are allowed to bring up to 6 attendees per household, including themselves.
