Pay HOA Assessments

Several methods are available to homeowners for making assessment payments. The easiest method is to make a one-time payment only through Union Bank (banking provider for the Association) or by mailing a check to Union Bank directly. No fees are charged for either of these options.

As of January 2021, the monthly assessment is $103. Owners are welcome to pre-pay their assessment. To do so, simply pay whatever amount you wish as a single payment. The system will treat this overpayment as a credit and the remaining balance will be applied to next month’s assessments, until the credit has been depleted.
