Side Pool Heaters Fired Up as of Monday April 15!

We are scheduled to have the heaters at both side pools (Prairie Willow Ct and Canoe Birch Ct) turned on early next week, after the overcast and rainy weather expected this weekend has passed. Once the heaters are on, the water usually takes about 1-2 days to get up to desired temperatures.

The east pool heater has one small part that the pool vendor needs to replace before the heater can be turned on (the spark electrode). They are expecting to pick it up Monday morning and then install it during normal service that same day.

If all goes according to plan, both side pool heaters will be fired up on Monday late morning and the temperature should be comfortable by Tuesday afternoon or early evening.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
