Fall 2026 Tree Care Work Starting 11/2

CHOA’s fall 2026 tree work is scheduled to begin next Monday, November 2nd. Tree West will be on site pruning many trees throughout the greenbelt and south slope, along with a small number of removals due to safety/health concerns (all except one located on the south slope). Work is expected to take about two weeks to complete. Check out pg. 5 of the most recent October Signal for more details, linked here.

Some portions of the greenbelt pathways may be temporarily unavailable while the crew is working in a particular tree or area, so please plan accordingly. Please be vigilant when walking the greenbelt when the crew is at work. The crew will do its best to control traffic whenever there are potential risks of limbs coming down and will be putting out cones, signage, and caution tape wherever necessary.
