School’s Out Sprinkler Run – June 4th @ 4:30pm to 5:30pm

The last day of school is coming up! Come join us in celebrating the end of the school year and the start of summer break by getting silly and running through our greenbelt sprinklers together!

We’ll turn on the sprinklers on the main lawn by the upper tennis courts on Tuesday, 6/4 from 4:30-5:30p for kids and all other residents who would like to run through and feel like a kid on summer break again.

We will have free popsicles starting at 4:30p, while supplies last.

No RSVP necessary. Wear closed-toed shoes and clothes that can get wet (or run barefoot!) and consider bringing a towel to dry off after, too. A special congrats to the Class of 2024! You did it!

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

July 25, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
