Salvation Army Donation Drive

The CHOA Board has approved the Salvation Army to host a donation drive in the parking lot in front of the Association Clubhouse. This is currently scheduled for Saturday, August 16th from 12pm to 4pm. The donation truck and Salvation Army staff will be on site during this time. Please do not dump any items before or after the event.

Below you will fine a list of items that are acceptable for donation. Please review this list before making any donation plans, and reach out to the donation coordinator Pennie Mitten if you have any questions at 602-501-8405.

Board of Directors Meeting

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.
