Pickleball Membership Survey

The CHOA Board is conducting a brief survey regarding the Association’s pickleball courts. Your answers will help identify steps to improve current conditions for nearby residents as well as help the Board get a better understanding of court traffic and overall use. Your identity and individual answers will be kept confidential.

This survey is not limited only to Pickleball players – all residents are encouraged to participate! Please submit your responses by Sunday, May 17th.
