Clubhouse Hours Extended Starting 8/31!

The CHOA Board met last week and approved extending the weekday Clubhouse operating hours starting this Wednesday!

Effective this Wednesday the 31st, the Clubhouse will now be open at 12pm on weekdays. The current schedule is as follows:

Monday-Tuesday: Closed
Weds: 12pm to 8pm
Thurs: 12pm to 8pm
Fri: 12pm to 8pm
Sat: 12pm to 8pm
Sun: 12pm to 8pm

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
