All Pool Heaters off for the Winter

Heaters for all three of CHOA’s pools have been officially turned off for the winter season. Bathrooms at all three pools are still open and accessible using your key fob during this time. The water is also swimmable for those brave enough!

The Main Pool heaters will likely be fired up again around early March 2026, with the Side Pool heaters to follow a few weeks after. Once a date is confirmed, announcements will be made in the Signal.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

November 27, 20257:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
