Back to School BBQ – August 10

July 3, 2017 – Save the date for our huge Back to School BBQ taking place on September 16. The online RSVP will open on August 10. If you do not have access to RSVP, please contact the Clubhouse beginning August 10. The event will be catered and offer a suite of great activities for the entire family!

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

September 26, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
