Clubhouse Open For Voting on Tuesday March 5th

On Tuesday, March 5^th, the CHOA Clubhouse will be open for both in-person voting as well as ballot drop-off from 7am to 8pm. Residents can vote in person or drop off their ballots anytime throughout the day.

Please note – there is no early ballot drop off option at the Clubhouse. Ballots will only be accepted on March 5^th between 7am and 8pm.

If you have any questions about the election, please reach out to the County. Their website is www.constracostavote.gov.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
