Are You a Competitive Tennis Player?

February 28, 2018 – There are several competitive U.S. Tennis Association (USTA) tennis teams that play in our development in league matches against other non-Homeowner club teams.

If you are over 18 and would like to play on a USTA tennis team, please contact the Clubhouse to express your interest.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

September 26, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
