Get Your CHOA Badges at the Clubhouse!

AllCHOA residents who do not already have CHOA ID Badges can go into the Clubhouse to pick up the new ID Badges and Guest Passes!

The Clubhouse staff will be available to make badges on the following days:

  • Wednesday through Sunday: 4:30pm to 7pm

If you already have the old ID Badges and Guest Passes, please do not go into the Clubhouse to have them replaced. Right now we are only offering badges to residents who do not have them. Your older badges will still be valid when the enforcement period starts.

Badge pickup will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are not currently taking appointments. The process should be pretty quick, about 1-2 minutes per badge. Please bring some sort of identification with your CHOA address, such as a drivers license, utility bill, or grant deed. There is no charge for this first round of badges – replacements for lost badges will cost $5 per badge, payable by credit card or check.

As a reminder, every resident in the house over 4 years old needs a badge. This also includes tenants who are renting the property. Each household will also be provided with one single Guest Badge that will allow up to 5 non-resident guests to join you when using the CHOA amenities. Larger gatherings with more than 5 guests will need to pickup a one-day event permit from the Clubhouse staff the day of the event (this will be enforced later this year, so no need to worry about it now).

Enforcement is scheduled to begin on August 1st.
