Here’s the upcoming holiday schedule for the Business Office and Clubhouse over the next two weeks:

BUSINESS OFFICE

Monday, December 23rd – OPEN

Tuesday 12/24 thru Friday, 12/27 – CLOSED

Monday, 12/30 thru Thursday, 1/2 – CLOSED

Friday, January 3rd – OPEN

If you need urgent HOA during this time, such as reporting a common area water leak, tree damage, etc, please call the emergency line at 925- 831-2312. Please note, this line will not be able to assist with standard HOA questions like how to make a payment.

Architectural Committee Meeting

January 16, 20256:00 pm

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

January 23, 20257:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
