How to Make a One-Time Payment (Effective December 2020)

Union Bank, the bank that the HOA uses for its operating and reserve accounts, recently updated its system. All owners were given new account numbers effective December 2020, which you should be able to find on your statements that are mailed out to all owners. These new account numbers are 8 digits in length and usually start with “00”. If you cannot locate your account number for whatever reason, please email accounting@commoninterest.com for assistance.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

December 26, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
