Next CHOA Board Meeting – December 8

October 31, 2016 – The CHOA Board meets on the fourth Thursday of every month at 7p in the CHOA Business Office; however, due to holidays around the fourth Thursday in November and December, the last CHOA meeting for the year will be on Thursday, December 8, at 7p in the CHOA Office.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

September 26, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
