Main Pool Open 7a – 8p Everyday; Side Pools Closed

September 4, 2018 – Because there is no fall clinic by the WCST, the main pool is open to residents everyday from 7 am to 8 pm, until the weather is no longer warm enough for swimming. Because the main pool is open all day, the side pools are now closed for the season.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

January 23, 20257:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
