Main Pool Open Memorial Day – No WCST Practice

The Swim Team is taking the day off on Monday, May 27th for Memorial Day. This means the Main Pool will be open all on Monday day for residents (in addition to the two side pools).

The forecast is clear and sunny that day, so hopefully you and your family are able to enjoy a few nice, leisurely hours on the pool deck 🙂

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

October 24, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
