Main Pool Opens March 6 for Residents – Special Hours

February 28, 2018 – Swimming in March? Of course you can when the pool is heated to 82 degrees!

The Main Pool will be open to residents, over the next few weeks as follows:

* Saturday and Sunday – 7 am – 8 pm

* Monday – Friday – 7 am – 3 pm

The Walnut Country Swim Team is hosting its Spring Clinic, beginning March 5, Monday – Friday, 3 – 8 pm.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

December 26, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
