Main Pool Temporary Closed Monday, June 29th

Dear CHOA Residents,

The main pool will be closed all day on Monday, June 29th.

A vendor will be on site this day performing a geotechnical inspection and will need access to the pool for the entire day. This inspection is related to the main pool remodel/repairs project currently being discussed by the Board of Directors. The vendor will be drilling down about 15-20 feet below the deck surface to provide us with a study to help provode geotechnical design and construction criteria for the geotechnical aspects of the proposed pool replacement/repairs project.

The East and West pools will both be open from 10am to 8pm during this time.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

October 24, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
