Movie on the Greenbelt – September 16th

It’s time for the CHOA’s very own outdoor movie night, featuring Pixar’s Animation’s hit movie Coco!

Grab your low back chairs and blankets and walk over to the lawn behind the main pool for a fun evening there will be food available for purchase from a food truck and bounce houses for the kids starting at 5p, the movie beginning at 7:30p. We will have free freshly popped popcorn for attendees and bring cash to purchase goodies from the concession stand benefiting the Walnut Country Swim Team.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
