New Camera Video Recording System Installed

June 22, 2017 – Recently the Board of Directors approved the installation of new video cameras at the Main, East, and West Pools; and the Clubhouse.

Installation has begun for this new video recording system that offers improved recording capabilities, finer picture quality, increased content security, greater connectivity, and other features.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

October 24, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
