March 22, 2017 – The project to replace all of the outdoor lights in the community with LED bulbs has been completed. Thanks to the hard work of the Safety and Security Committee and its member Rob Brooks.
During this process, we had a number of the old metal halide bulbs burn out, but did not replace them right away, waiting for the new bulbs to come in and be installed.
The cost of the project is $18,795 for all 75 lights, and we expect to have it paid back in lower utility and maintenance bills in about a year and a half.
