PG&E North Larwin Gas Main Project

We have received word from PG&E that they will be replacing the gas main and services along North Larwin Ave, from Corkwood Ct to Canoe Birch Ct, early next year. PG&E confirmed that the work is scheduled to start on 1/31/22 and should be completed by June. They are currently conducting sewer inspections in preparation for this work – some owners may have already noticed the flags or markings in certain front yards from a third-party vendor, APS Environmental.
