Pool Capacity Increased per Updated County Order

Per the updated Contra Costa County Health Order that was released June 16th, the capacity for all pools has been increased as follows:

Main Pool: 36 swimmers

East & West Pools: 24 swimmers

The county is still requiring the Association to provide a social distancing protocol monitor, who will continue to patrol between all three pools. Pool hours remain unchanged until the county removes this monitor requirement.

Please continue to follow proper social distancing protocols and do your best to avoid unnecessary gathering on the pool deck, except to supervise swimmers.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

January 23, 20257:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
