Reminder: Clubhouse Open for Voting on November 3rd!

As a reminder, the CHOA clubhouse will be open as a county polling station on Tuesday, November 3rd! This is not a facility that supports early voting, so it will only be open to voters on the 3rd.

Hours to vote are 7am to 8pm. If you have any additional questions, please contact Contra Costa County Elections at 925-335-7800.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

October 24, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
