Residents-Only New Year’s Eve Party RSVP Now Open

November 17, 2017 – CHOA’s annual New Year’s Eve Party is back for its second iteration and it promises to be even better!

Join your neighbors at this residents-only event at the Clubhouse on December 31 (obviously) from 8 pm to 1 am. Drinks, snacks, dancing, a DJ, and other surprises await! Space fills quickly.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

January 23, 20257:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
