March 26, 2017 – Our grand Spring Festival takes place on Saturday, April 15, 10a-2p, on the upper Greenbelt. This event only works if we have enough volunteers and right now we’re need 28 people to help setup, run, and cleanup this extremely popular event. Safety fair with local agencies, as well as a fire truck and police car

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

October 24, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
