RSVP for Wine Tasting Now

April 21, 2017 – CHOA’s annual wine tasting takes place on Sunday, May 21, in the Clubhouse from 3-6p. To enjoy a select sampling of wines and light food, you must RSVP by clicking here. Homeowners may include an additional five people in their RSVP for the event, including non-resident guests. All attendees must be at least 21 years old to attend.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

January 23, 20257:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
