Save the Date – June 30 – Concert on the ‘Belt

June 4, 2018 – On June 30, from 6 to 8 pm, we will have the first ever, Concert on the ‘Belt, held on the Upper Greenbelt near the Main Pool and tennis courts.

Residents and their guests are welcome to listen to the music of Crosstown5 while enjoying whatever food and drinks (alcohol is okay) they want to bring. The WCST will also have food for sale at the event. Don’t forget your blankets and chairs.

Here’s all of the details:

* When: Saturday, June 30th from 6 to 8 p.m.

* Where: Greenbelt area below the Main Pool Deck next to tennis courts

* Who: ALL of you! – Bring your family and friends!

* Music: Crosstown5 – Dance tunes from the 50s to Today

* RSVP: NOT REQUIRED!

We want this to be a fun and safe event for all so we kindly request your cooperation in observing the following:

* Chairs and Blankets may be set out after 4 p.m. on June 30th
* Walking to the greenbelt is HIGHLY encouraged – the concert is right in your own backyard!
* Please observe all cordoned off areas for safety and stay behind the barriers.
* Please, no glassware, BBQs, water balloons, etc.
* Parents are asked to keep an eye on your children
* Please clean up before leaving, Trash cans will be throughout the area. This is YOUR Greenbelt!
* You are welcome to bring your own food and drink (including alcohol), Please drink responsibly. Those overindulging will be asked to leave by our Security on-site.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

October 24, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
